    Second Week of December 2024 Vegetarian Braised Four Treasures Ingredients:Chestnuts, Winter Bamboo Shoots, Shiitake Mushrooms, Snow Peas Bell Peppers. Seasonings:Vegetarian Oyster Sauce, Light Soy Sauce, Salt, Cornstarch Water, Sesame Oil. Preparation Steps: 1. Wash all the ingredients. Soak the shiitake mushrooms in advance, trim off the stems. Cut the winter bamboo shoots into pieces, remove the tough string from the snow peas, and cut the bell peppers into diamond shapes.2. Bring water to a boil in a pot, blanch the snow peas briefly, drain, then blanch the winter bamboo shoots for 5 minutes and drain.3. Heat oil in a pan.
