· Vegan duck 200g
· Thai Holy Basil a handful
· Bell pepper 50g (shredded)
· Mushrooms 50g (optional)
· Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
· Vegan oyster sauce 1 tbsp
· Sugar 1 tsp
· Chili peppers 1–2
· Minced ginger 1 tsp
· Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:
1. Prepare the ingredients
Slice the vegan duck and vegetables; wash and pick basil leaves.

2. Sauté aromatics
Heat oil; add ginger and sliced chilies; stir until fragrant.

3. Stir-fry vegan duck
Add vegan duck and fry on high heat until edges brown slightly.

4. Add vegetables
Add bell peppers and mushrooms; stir-fry briefly to retain crispness.

5. Season the dish
Add soy sauce, vegan oyster sauce, and sugar; mix well so the sauce coats everything.

6. Finish with basil
