每週一素:紫菜豆腐湯 2026年1月第4周 簡介: 紫菜豆腐湯是一道清淡溫潤、營養均衡的經典中式素食湯品,以紫菜的海洋清香與豆腐的柔嫩細膩相互襯托,口感清爽卻富有層次。紫菜在熱湯中迅速舒展,釋放出自然鮮味,使湯汁清香甘潤;豆腐質地柔軟、入口細膩,為整碗湯增添溫和口感與飽腹感。調味簡潔,卻能以食材本味帶來舒適滿足的飲食體驗。 從營養角度看,紫菜富含碘與礦物質,有助促進新陳代謝;豆腐提供優質植物蛋白與鈣質,適合素食者日常補充。整道湯低脂、易消化,適合作為配湯、清淡正餐或夜間暖胃湯品,是素食餐桌上樸實而不可或缺的一道滋養湯。 材料: · 乾紫菜 10克· 嫩豆腐 200克(切小塊)· 清水 800毫升· 生抽 1茶匙· 鹽 適量· 白胡椒粉少許· 芝麻油 1/2茶匙 做法: 步驟一:處理紫菜將乾紫菜用清水輕輕沖洗,撕成小片備用。 步驟二:準備豆腐嫩豆腐切小塊,輕輕沖洗,去除豆腥味。 步驟三:煮湯底鍋中加入清水,大火煮沸。 步驟四:加入豆腐放入豆腐,小火煮約2分鐘,使其均勻受熱。 步驟五:調味入湯加入紫菜、生抽、鹽與白胡椒粉,輕輕攪動。 步驟六:完成出鍋關火前滴入芝麻油,攪勻即可盛出。 素食養生小貼士 紫菜補充礦物質與碘元素;豆腐提供植物蛋白與鈣質。清淡少油的湯品有助腸胃調養,是溫和滋養的理想選擇。 每週一素,健康美味。開啟你的,素食生活!
