Ingredients:
· Sweet corn kernels 100g (or 1 fresh ear of corn)
· Mushrooms (shiitake or oyster) 100g (sliced)
· Carrot 30g (diced, optional)
· Tofu 50g (diced, optional)
· Light soy sauce 1 teaspoon
· Salt to taste
· White pepper a pinch
· Vegetable oil 1 teaspoon
· Water 800ml

Instructions:
1.Prepare the Ingredients
Rinse the corn kernels. Slice the mushrooms, and dice the carrot and tofu.

2.Sauté the Base
Heat vegetable oil in a pot. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant, then add carrot and cook briefly.

3.Make the Broth
Add water and corn, bring to a boil, then simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes to extract sweetness.

4.Add the Tofu
Add diced tofu and continue simmering for 5 more minutes until the soup becomes clear and aromatic.

5.Season to Taste
Add soy sauce, salt, and white pepper. Stir well and adjust to taste.

6.Serve and Enjoy
Ladle into bowls and garnish with fresh herbs or extra corn kernels. Serve warm and enjoy.
